《象棋：戰鬥三國》常見問題

Q1：玩《象棋：戰鬥三國》需要註冊帳號或綁定手機／信箱嗎？

A：不需要！單機模式（單機 AI 對戰、三國演義故事與挑戰模式）下載後可離線直接遊玩；線上模式（好友房間對戰、陌生人自動配對 — 規劃中，首發版本包含）則採用自動匿名登入技術，無須輸入真實姓名、電話或電子郵件即可連線對弈。

Q2：我的對戰勝率、場次紀錄與三國故事進度保存在哪裡？換手機或重新安裝會消失嗎？

A：您的終身場次、勝率統計、故事關卡進度以及角色外觀／音效設定皆僅保存在您的手機本機中，不會上傳至我們的雲端伺服器。因此，若您清除應用程式資料、更換手機或解除安裝遊戲，本機戰績與進度將會重置且無法由客服找回，請特別留意。

Q3：「小暗棋」和「大暗棋」有什麼不同？

A：

  • 小暗棋（半盤暗棋）：使用棋盤的一半（4×8 共 32 格），開局時 32 顆棋子全部背面朝上洗勻擺放，雙方輪流翻棋或移動已翻開的棋子，節奏明快刺激。
  • 大暗棋（全盤暗棋）：在完整的中國象棋大棋盤上進行暗棋對局，擁有更寬廣的走位與戰術拉扯空間。

Q4：雲端對局紀錄與匿名帳號會保存多久？如何刪除資料？（規劃中）

A：本機資料只需解除安裝遊戲即可立即刪除。針對線上模式（規劃中），雲端對局與房間紀錄建議保留 7 天後自動清理；閒置匿名帳號建議於最後活動滿 180 天後自動清理（排除進行中棋局等特殊狀況）。您亦可透過遊戲內自助刪除功能（規劃中）或參閱 《象棋：戰鬥三國》資料刪除說明頁 申請刪除。

Tips for Faster Troubleshooting:
When emailing us, please include:
  1. The name of the Game/App you are inquiring about (e.g., Xiangqi: Battle of the Three Kingdoms).

  3. Screenshots and steps to reproduce the issue.
  4. For online multiplayer issues in Xiangqi: Battle of the Three Kingdoms (Planned), your in-game "Anonymous User ID (UUID)" shown in Settings.
Privacy Note: When you proactively email us, we receive your email address, sender display name, standard email headers, and message content, used solely to respond to and resolve your request.

2. Game-Specific FAQ: 《象棋：戰鬥三國》 (Xiangqi: Battle of the Three Kingdoms)

Q1: Do I need to register an account or link my phone/email to play?

A: No! Single-player modes (Offline AI Battles, Romance of the Three Kingdoms Story & Challenge modes) can be played offline immediately. Online modes (Friend Room Battles and Automated Matchmaking — Planned for Initial Launch) use automatic anonymous sign-ins without requiring your real name, phone number, or email address.

Q2: Where are my win rates, match counts, and story progress stored? Will they be lost if I reinstall?

A: Your lifetime match counts, win rates, story stage progress, and visual/audio preferences are stored exclusively on your local mobile device and are not uploaded to our cloud servers. If you clear app storage, switch phones, or uninstall the Game, local progress will be reset and cannot be recovered by customer support.

Q3: What is the difference between "Small Dark Chess" and "Full-Board Dark Chess"?

A:

  • Small Dark Chess (Half-Board Banqi): Played on half of the board (4×8 grid, 32 squares) with all 32 pieces shuffled face-down at the start for fast-paced tactical matches.
  • Full-Board Dark Chess: Combines hidden piece flipping with the full Chinese Chess board for deeper positional strategy.

Q4: How long are cloud match records and anonymous accounts retained, and how can I delete my data? (Planned)

A: Local data is immediately erased when you uninstall the Game. For online modes (Planned), cloud match and room records are planned to be retained for 7 days after match completion, and inactive anonymous accounts are planned to be cleaned up after 180 days of inactivity (excluding ongoing matches or special holds). You can also use the planned in-app deletion option or visit the Data Deletion Instructions page.
